Welcome to the pool!
7 Springs Resort has fun activities all year round. The pools are a fun way to spend the day with the family. Please follow the pool rules so you and future guests can continue to enjoy the benefits.
In general, the pool rules are designed to ensure that you have a fun time relaxing in the sun and cooling off in the water. These rules are common sense for most, but there has been issues in the past and the resort has been more vigilant recently. So please enjoy yourself, but not at the expense of others.
Once you check-in, you'll find 2 pool access fobs on red lanyards to enter the pool and clubhouse (please see the map for pool location). Loss of a pool fob will result in $100 replacement fee.
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pool Rules
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY Anyone using the pool and pool area does so at his or her own risk and sole responsibility.
1.
The pool gate must be kept closed at all times and guests are required to close the gate immediately upon entrance and exit to the pool enclosure. This is to make sure wandering children or pets don't accidentally fall into the water.
2.
No more than six (6) guests on weekends and holidays and an adult resident of the community must accompany guests at all times.
3.
Children under the age of fourteen (14) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult, eighteen (18) years or older.
4.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed in the pool area. Any violation of this rule is subject to loss of pool privileges.
5.
No street clothes or disposable diapers are allowed in the pool. Standard swimwear must be worn while swimming in the pools. Standard swimwear must be worn at all times and should be appropriate for a family environment.
6.
No running, jumping, or excessive noise is permitted. Common etiquette and courtesy to other guests using the pool is expected.
7.
No smoking of any kind or the use of illegal drugs shall be permitted.
8.
No disrespectfulness of property or persons. Please be considerate of play equipment in the pool during heavy usage time.
9.
No large rafts or flotation devices shall be allowed in the pool. Balls, toys, small baby floats and noodles may be allowed, at the pool attendant on dutys discretion, based on the number of people in the pool.
10.
Bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, and roller blades cannot be ridden in the pool area, on tennis courts or on basketball courts and must be safely stored so as not to create a hazard.
11.
No glass containers are allowed in pool area. Any violation of this rule is subject to loss of pool privileges.
12.
All persons shall take a cleansing shower before using the pool.
13.
Persons with open wounds (exposed sub-epidermal tissue) such as blisters and cuts or infections or any contagious disease MAY NOT ENTER THE POOL.
14.
The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen articles, accidents, or injuries. All guests use the pool at his or her own risk.
15.
Members must use card key to access and exit pools. There will be a $100.00 charge for replacement card keys.
16.
Residents are asked to attempt to mediate perceived violations of the pool rules to ensure safe enjoyment for all.
17.
The pool may only be entered through the designated entrances. Climbing over the wall or fence is not permitted. If any HOA Member or their guest violates this rule, the pool access to that unit will be terminated and the card keys deactivated.
18.
No parking in front of pool access gates.
19.
Close table umbrellas when you leave the pool in the event of high winds.
20.
Hours of operation are posted for the season. No person is permitted within the pool enclosure except during regular pool hours. Anyone entering the pool or pool area outside of the pool hours of operation is trespassing. If any HOA Member or their guest violates this rule, the pool access to that unit will be terminated and the card keys deactivated.
21.
No saving or reserving pool furniture. All furniture shall be used on a first come first served basis.
22.
Rules for use of the Pool are posted in the Pool area. Renters and their Guests are expected to promptly obey all instructions of the Pool Attendant/Security/Management. Refusal to do so, as well as defiance or disrespect toward a Pool Attendant/Security/Management, will result in immediate expulsion from the pool area, as well as possible revocation of amenity access privileges.
